Can I purchase a ticket package at the event?You can purchase a ticket package if there are ticket packages still available. We have 1250 tickets available. We expect all ticket packages to be sold out prior to the event. You can purchase Freestyle Show tickets at the gate at the Westward Community Centre. I tried ordering my tickets on-line and it kept timing me out.There are a couple of ways to order tickets. You can go here > BUY TICKETS or go directly to ticketweb.ca and type in Whitecourt Trailblazers or World Snowmobile Invasion.

I have been waiting for my tickets in the mail and they have not come in yet. What should I do?If you indicated online that you did not want a paper ticket mailed to you, your name will be sent to us indicating you selected will call. You can pick up your tickets on Friday at the Pre-Registration at the Canadian Tire Welcome Centre at the Seniors Hall. If you don’t make it to the hall, it will be at the BRP/Polaris Freestyle Show. Go to Will Call for Ticket Packages. At that time, you will be checked off and you will be given a colored lanyard according to the ticket package you purchased.

Is there lots of parking at the events?
Rallies & ASA Snowmobile Parade – Parking at Rotary Park. If the main parking lot is full, we have an overflow parking lot. Overflow parking will be off of 47th Street past the Baptist Church. Download the Venue/Shuttle/Parking Map for designated parking lot locations.
BRP/Polaris Freestyle Show at the Westward Community Centre, 8km south on Hwy 32. There are numerous parking lots/areas, watch for parking attendants. -
I am afraid I am going to lose my ticket or it will get wrecked for the weekend. Are there extras?When you go to your first event you will pick up a lanyard with a card that displays your ticket package purchase. You will use this lanyard all weekend to get into various events.

GOLDEN TRIANGLE GUIDED TOUR FAQs

Can I participate only one day of the Golden Triangle Guided Tour?If you are interested in participating in the tour, you MUST pre-register online on or before February 8, 2015. There is a maximum registration of 200 riders. Then on Wednesday February 11, complete your registration and pay the registration fee of $30 at the Canadian Tire Welcome Centre from 7:30 am – 8:30am for both days. This tour is two (2) days. You will ride to Swan Hills then to Fox Creek on Wednesday. Return by bus that evening. Then catch the bus back to Fox Creek on Thursday. Then ride back to Whitecourt. THIS TOUR IS FOR BOTH DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do I have to Pre-Register?You have to pre-register online for the Golden Triangle Tour. We have to advise our hosts of numbers of sledders for lunch and dinner. In addition, we have to ensure adequate fuel is available. We will be busing from Fox Creek to Whitecourt and back the next day, therefore we need to secure your space on the bus. You must Pre-Register on or before February 8, 2015. Maximum 200 riders. Pre-register early to ensure a spot.

Can our children go on the Golden Triangle Ride or Silver Summit Ride?Yes they are able to be a passenger on a sled or ride a sled. The 2-day Golden Triangle Ride is 339 km and is recommended for intermediate to advanced riders. The 1-day Silver Summit Tour is 178 km.

MILLAR WESTERN ICE SCULPTURES FAQs

What time is the Ice Carving for the public?Public can go and carve an ice block from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm or until supplies last. We have approximately 150 ice blocks for carving.

Do I need to bring anything?There will be gloves, chisels and goggles as safety tools. Wear warm clothing as you will be outdoors (under the tent).

What do you do with the ice?You can carve anything you like out of the block of ice.

Do I get to help build the sled? Can I watch?The sled will be carved off site, but brought to the site and put together. You can see the finished product at 12:00 pm.

ASA SNOWMOBILE PARADE FAQs

How many sleds are you expecting?We are expecting around 1000 sleds to participate. We are hoping to see antique sleds, kids riding their little sleds and all other sleds – new and old, trail or mountain sleds

Do I have to register for the parade?
After you park and offload, follow the signs to the Canadian Tire Welcome Centre and get in line with the other sleds.
You must register for the parade. Look for a volunteer in the line up and wait at your sled until you are registered and receive a lanyard. You must not leave your sled until you do so, otherwise you will not be registered as a participant in the Guinness World Record Parade.

Do I have to purchase a ticket package to ride in the World Snowmobile Rally/ASA JamboreeNO. You can register at the Rally Registration for snowmobiling. You do not need a ticket package to ride. Do I have to have registration and insurance for the Rally?Yes! All information is required and you should be able to provide information upon request.

How much is a trail pass or a day pass?
A trail pass is required to ride on all trails in Alberta. A Trail Pass is $80 or a Day Pass is $20.
You can purchase a trail pass or day pass each day at rally registration. -
How much does it cost to ride in the rally? Is there a fee?
Yes! We have a registration fee of $20. You will get a passport for that registration. You will take it with you to every check point and get it stamped by an ambassador of that country. Your passport number gives you one (1) entry to win prizes. You will also get 1 (one) ticket for the sled raffle of the day. Saturday – Polaris Raffle. Sunday – Ski Doo Raffle.
You may purchase more than one registration (passport) to increase your chances to win prizes.

Who is the band?BOOM CHUCKA BOYS – representing Western Canada. The Boom Chucka Boys seem to have a knack for walking the fine line between many musical stylings. Is this a dinner and a dance, like the traditional ASA Jamboree?
No. We have given the Jamboree a twist this year. We are having international cuisine available that you can purchase from a vendor. The food booths will have food from Canada, USA, Norway, Finland, Japan and Sweden. You can purchase how much you like or what you like. The portions will be in appetizers sizes
You can purchase alcohol from these countries as well, look for the specialty bar areas.
The entertainment is showcasing the 6 countries as well.
