Guinness World Record Breaking Snowmobile Parade

The Alberta Snowmobile Association, Whitecourt Trailblazers Snowmobile Club, Town of Whitecourt and Woodlands County want to break the Guinness World Record of 847 snowmobiles in a row.

ASA World Snowmobile Parade
Date: Thursday, February 12, 2015
Venue: Outside at the Canadian Tire Welcome Centre (Seniors Circle, 5212-50th Street, Downtown Whitecourt)
Cost: *FREE* to attend and participate
Snowmobile Registration: 5pm - 7pm
Parade Starts: 7pm
Post-Parade Celebration: 8pm
Parade Registration Requirements / Trail Pass or Day Pass Not Required
  1. A PARADE REGISTRATION FORM must be filled out for EACH SNOWMOBILE to count towards the record. The Year, Make, Model and VIN # must be supplied for each snowmobile to meet the Guinness World Record requirements (exemption for antique snowmobiles).
  2. All participants 18 years & older ­(both drivers and passengers) must sign a Waiver. 18+ Waiver included on Parade Registration Form.
  3. All participants under 18 years old (drivers and passengers) must have a Parent/Guardian sign a Parent Acknowledgment & Release form.

The 2-page map outlines the parade route, parking, parade rules and regulations, registration requirements and procedures for all participants and spectators.

PARADE REGISTRATION FORM

A Parade Registration Form must be completed for each snowmobile participating in the parade in order to be counted towards the Guinness World Record.

All participants 18 years or older (Drivers & Passengers) must also complete and sign a waiver.

Note: The 18+ Waiver is included on the Parade Registration Form.

PARENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & RELEASE

All participants under 18 years old (Drivers & Passengers) must have a Parent/Guardian sign a Parent Acknowledgement & Release form in order to participate in the parade.
